Hanscan’s guest convenience solutions were initially designed with the cruise industry in mind, with the knowledge that the cruise experience takes place in a very enclosed environment spatially and that there remain substantial inefficiencies, inconveniences and threats associated with traditional guest access control and accounting facilities.
Our Cruise Line Guest Convenience Solution addresses these problems by making solutions simple and convenient; simple for the operator and convenient for the guest. Without the need to carry any kind of fob (key, card, paper identification, PIN codes, etc.), we’re able to automate the entire cruise experience with a guest’s finger.
