Biocryptology® Access Control Systems
We offer easy to integrate, very flexible turnkey, end-to-end Access Control Systems for all kinds of needs in the hospitality sector from guest rooms and computer vaults to pantries, administrative offices, sport facilities, private zones, etc. All of our Access Control Systems are comprised of our highly advanced Access Control Terminal HSC-AC-IT, HSC-AC-IT2, HSC-AC-ST or HSC-MP, our secure System Control Unit SCU and whereby all data transmission and storage is encrypted and safe. The Access Control Systems can be managed by the web based MABAS Software pre-installed on the SCU, from every computer with an internet connection. Hospitality properties geographically located in different places can all be managed centrally from a company’s headquarters or from any remote place with a mobile computing device and an internet connection.
BIOCRYPTOLOGY® Time & Attendance Systems
For staff controls, we offer easy to integrate, flexible and turnkey end-to-end Time & Attendance Systems. Our MABAS Software used to manage these systems is the same software used for the Access Control Systems, allowing that both systems can be managed from the same computers, using the same software and the same System Control Unit SCU. The applicable terminals used for this solution are our HSC-AC-ST or the HSC-MP. Workers from the same company who work at different locations can all be controlled from the company’s headquarters or from any remote place with a mobile computing device and an internet connection.
BIOCRYPTOLOGY® Multipurpose Systems
In retail environments for payments and/or inventory control in restaurants, bars, cafes or other shops, we offer our very client-customizable mobile Multipurpose Terminal HSC-MP which together with the secure System Control Unit (SCU), forms our Multipurpose System. This terminal can be used with cable connections, WIFI or GPRS (SIM card) which makes it extremely flexible. Wireless printers and bar code readers can be integrated into our system easily. All software needed to configure this terminal again forms part of the same software used for our Access Control and Time & Attendance Systems and all installed in the same System Control Unit SCU.
The Ultra Secure Lock protects doors/access points requiring very high security like exterior doors, computer rooms, cash rooms, etc. With the Ultra Secure Lock feature, neither the destruction of the terminal nor the manipulation of the relay mechanism (hot-wire attacks) allows an attacker the ability to penetrate protected doors. This Ultra Secure Lock can be used in any Biocryptology system that uses any Hanscan access control terminal.
Our systems are versatile and can easily integrate with other security systems, like CCTV and fire alarm.
BIOCRYPTOLOGY® Online Transaction System
The Online Transaction System uses our SPADE terminal and allows clients to make transactions from remote locations, including fulfillment of online reservations. This personal authentication terminal with highly effective mechanisms that is highly resistant to man-in-the-middle attacks can be connected to any personal computer at home or elsewhere and can identify individuals with highly secure protocols when making a reservation or purchase from any remote location. If management of a hospitality complex wants to control access to their critical data stored in the general database of the hotel, this device provides complete autonomy to supervise when someone accesses information like the hotel´s client database, personnel details or accounting information, etc. Our MABAS Software used for the SPADE terminal is only stored in the System Control Unit SCU.
