Event facilities
Convention centers, congress halls, concert venues require limiting access to places such as administrative offices, stock storage, maintenance and service sheds, VIP areas, etc. Hanscan’s solutions all work with a fingertip.
Biocryptology® Access Control Systems
At every public facility, restricted access is a part of normal operations and protocol. All of our Access Control Systems are comprised of our highly advanced Access Control Terminal HSC-AC-IT, HSC-AC-IT2, HSC-AC-ST or HSC-MP, our secure System Control Unit (SCU) and whereby all data transmission and storage is encrypted and safe. The Access Control Systems can be managed by the web based MABAS Software installed in the SCU, from every computer with an internet connection. Health care facilities geographically located in different places can all be managed centrally from a company’s headquarters.
BIOCRYPTOLOGY® Time & Attendance Systems
For staff controls, we offer easy to integrate, flexible, end to end Time & Attendance Systems. The MABAS Software used to manage these systems is the same software used for the Access Control Systems, allowing that both systems can be managed from the same computers, using the same software and the same SCU. The terminals designed for this solution are our HSC-AC-ST or the HSC-MP. Employees from the same company who work at different locations can all be controlled from the company’s headquarters.
The Ultra Secure Lock protects doors/access points requiring very high security like exterior doors, computer rooms, cash rooms, etc. With the Ultra Secure Lock feature, the destruction of the terminal nor the manipulation of the relay mechanism (hot-wire attacks) allows an attacker the ability to penetrate protected doors. This Secure Lock can be used in any Biocryptology system that uses any Hanscan access control terminal.
Our systems are versatile and can easily integrate with other security systems, like CCTV and fire alarm.
BIOCRYPTOLOGY® Online Transaction System
The Online Transaction System uses our SPADE terminal and allows enrolled users to make transactions from remote locations, including access to networks, booking appointments, transmission of data, etc. This personal authentication terminal with highly effective mechanisms that resist man-in-the-middle attacks can be connected to any personal computer at home or elsewhere and can identify individuals with highly secure protocols when making a request for any online transaction from any remote location. If the Administrator of a town hall facility needs to control access to its critical data stored in the general database of the company’s headquarters, this device provides complete control to supervise when somebody accesses data like the jurisdiction’s resident database, personnel details or accounting information, etc. The MABAS Software used for the SPADE is only stored in the SCU.
Some of the advantages and benefits that our systems offer:
- Simple user enrollment/disenrollment
- Cost-efficient; no replacement keys or cards or PIN/code programming
- Total traceability of every enrolled user
- Flexible, easy to use software
